SERENITY IN THE CITY
A series of structures and screens obscure the 50 ft. long x 8-ft. high boundary wall and define 2 rooms. Boulders, espalier evergreens and vines surround the 'mystery door' that shields a laughing Buddha, enticing guests to explore outdoors. The capped seating wall, extending from the kitchen, carves a dining nook. A sturdy vine-covered arbor frames the fountain and the view from the kitchen.
